Angeles Estates

The Angeles Estates provides housing accommodations for students and professionals in the Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija. We offer 27 rooms in our main building that can fit four to five people per room. There are over 15 rooms that have air conditioning.

If you want your own privacy we offer 3 executive rooms that include your own bathroom with heated shower, TV, refrigerator and air conditioning.

TRANSIENT RATES (Overnight)
Below are our Transient Rates per night:

Deluxe (Air Conditioned) Room:
One Guest in a room: P700
Two Guests in a room: P900
Three Guests in a room: P1100
Four Guests in a room: P1300
Five Guests in a room: P1500
Six Guests in a room: P1700

Standard (No Air Conditioning) Room:
One Guest in a room: P400
Two Guests in a room: P600
Three Guests in a room: P800
Four Guests in a room: P1000
Five Guests in a room: P1200
Six Guests in a room: P1400

Executive Rooms (Includes air-conditioning, refrigerator, TV and private bathroom with heated shower)

P1500 per night (Two Guests Minimum)


BOARDING RATES
Our boarding rates are for long term (minimum one month stay) and include water and electricity

One Person in a room: P4350
Two Persons in a room: P3350 per head
Three Persons in a room: P2350 per head
Four Persons in a room: P175000 per head

For boarding we require a security deposit.

GROUP RATES
We also offer group rates (Minimum of one week)

Standard Room (No Air Conditioning)
Four Persons in a room: P1750 per head

Deluxe Room (Air Conditioned)
P8000 per room (Air Conditioning Usage is 8 hours)

P10000 per room (Air Conditioning Usage is 12 hours)

For all the rates mentioned above includes water, electricity and wifi. We also offer meals for an extra charge.
