Anawangin Cove pundaquit

Sir William’s Lodge is located at Purok 5 – Pundakit San Antonio, Zambales. A beautiful and relaxing 3th floor lodge that can accommodate 130 plus people. We have different type of room for you; we have 2-4pax, 8-10pax and 16-20pax in a good price. The room has air condition, cable T.V., comfort room. You can use our clean kitchen, cooking utensil, grills for Free.
The lodge has a mini canteen/store open in summer that you can buy food, beverage, daily need like (soap shampoo etc) and other thing. The Lodge has a videoke and table poolpolan. You can sight in the roof top the mountain, beach, island and many thing.
We have a big boat (Bangka) that has a capacity of 35-50 passenger that can take you 30 to 45 minute to Anawangin and Nagsasa Cove . We have a cottage in Nagsasa Cove that you can stay overnight.

We Arrange Big Boat for Island Hopping in ANAWANGIN and NAGSASA Cove
Boat(s) can be arranged ahead of time or upon arrival at the resort. At least 50% or better for down payment is needed for the boat rental before going Island hopping . It is payable to our Manager.

ROOM POLICY
1. We do not allow to exceed room capacity to the capacity of the bed(s) in the room A Queen Size w/ Pull-out size bed takes 2 to 4 person only , a Double sized w/ Pull-Out bed takes no more than 2 people and the capacity of 10 is good only for 7-10 people, Room H is good for 16 only and excess person must pay 250/head.
*Note: Excess person must pay 100.00 for there entrance fee ( for use of shower and facilities)
2. Additional "FOAM MATTRESS" can be rented from us for an additional person to join in the rooms for 500/head maximum of 2 Adult.
3. Use of utensil and grill is included in the rent in common kitchen, alway's ask for assistance

4. Electric Appliances like Rice cooker, Hot and Cold Water dispenser, Electric Grill have charge 300/day.

5. An overnight stay is a 24hour or less stay with flexibility depending on the room situation. Any extension of the stay is 300. Extra charged per hour. BUT STRICKLY 24 HR/ 2:00pm -12:00nn during PEAK and SUMMER SEASON. ( Dec,Jan,Feb. March,April,May)
NOTE: EARLY ARRIVAL OR CHECK-IN IS ALLOWED WHEN YOUR GROUP IS GOING FOR ISLAND HOPPING IN OUR OWN BOATS.
6. Videoke is 8:30am- 12:00mn only.Pls share w/ others. ( insert 5.00 pesos )
7. Don't leave valuable things unattended and always lock your room when you go out.
8. Keep Clean the kitcken after used and Returned what you borrowed.
9. Lost Key and Bedding's have charged 300.00
10.Room Excess Person or Person who's not Check-In must pay 200.00 for shower and toilet Facilities.

*Note : An individual or group’s written waiver’s note ( that includes name and contact number of next of kin for each guest) is mandatory for any off-site activities( Swimming in the ocean, Island hopping, beach front walk, Sun bathing , mountain trekking) and other off-site activities too many to mention can be done but on own guest(s) risk and not the responsibility of the Administration and staff of Sir Williams Lodge for any mishaps/incidents that the guest(s) of Sir Williams Lodge experienced.
A permit to do mountain trekking and trekker’s guide obtained from the Barangay office is needed by an individual or as a group prior to going /doing activities outside the perimeter of Sir Williams Lodge.
Note:Sir Williams Cottage & Lodge is 15Meters or 30 steps from the beach shoreline.
