Dr. Joe Alcantara, is a 1999 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California, USA, magna cum laude and valedictorian.

In the tradition of vitalistic and patient entered care, Dr. Alcantara focuses on general family wellness care, scoliosis, posture and ergonomics as well as corporate health and wellness consulting.

Dr. Alcantara is published in scientific peer-reviewed journals having co-authored papers relating to chiropractic with Drs. Joel and Joey Alcantara (chiropractors) and has lectured to both professional and lay audiences. He is certified under the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE, USA), the California Board of Chiropractic Examiners (CBCE, USA - DC29114), as well as the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board (CCEB, Canada) and the Alberta College & Association of Chiropractors (ACAC, Canada - DC1164).

He is certified by the Philippine Department of Health (DOH) through the Philippine Institute of Traditional & Alternative Health Care (PITAHC)/National Certification Committee Chiropractic (NCCC) [Registration CCh-0017012]. Dr. Alcantara still maintains an active Doctor of Chiropractic License/Registration in California, USA (http://www2.dca.ca.gov/pls/wllpub/wllqryna$lcev2.startup?p_qte_code=DC&p_qte_pgm_code=8500).


Dr. Alcantara is one of the founding members of the Association of Professional Chiropractors of the Philippines (APCP) and currently serves as a Board Member on the National Certification Committee for Chiropractic (NCCC).
