Abby's Craft Design is a made to order items.

Just browse in our album all the items that interest you from our albums. Look all over the internet too. We suggests you write down all the items you want to inquire or purchase so we aren't exchanging multiple PM's and all messages are threaded accordingly.

Remember to send us a pm with links and not just leave comments all over our albums. Don't think we are being snobs if we fail to see your photo comments, we just didn't notice the post. Sending us a PM ensures we read your message and we can pay attention to you.

Once you have decided that you wanted to purchase the item/s, please PM us your complete name, shipping address including your zipcode, and mobile number so we can generate your invoice which has complete details including list of items, shipping fees and insurance, total amount due, partial amount necessary to confirm and finalize your order, and payment details.

We will give you 3 working days after you receive our Invoice to settle payments. IF you really need an extension or want to cancel at this point, please let us know and we'll talk about it. We know that life can sometimes get in the way of online shopping :)

Once payment has been made, please let us know via text so we can confirm with our payment channels.

If item/s are on-hand, we ship them out same day if we receive payment before 12noon. If we have to wait reserved items, we will give you an estimated delivery time once the reservation period closes. We will update you periodically as to the status of your items . Upon shipping locally, tracking numbers will be sent out to you via PMs.

We are not responsible for any damages or loss of item/s caused by mishandling during shipping by carrier. Thus you should always tell us to charge you shipping insurance so you could make a claim if something does happen.

We understand how excited we all can be when anticipating a delivery, but please remember that courier delivery time is between 8am to 10pm so be patient.

We strictly observe a No RETURN POLICY. But, we also want to keep you happy.

We really try their best to make sure you receive the correct items, but human error does occur. If for some reason you received an incorrect item, please text us immediately and we will do everything to correct our mistakes.
