Mr. Arnulfo O. Reyes, the proprietor, is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountant since 1978. He has 39 solid years experience in financial accounting, financial management and audit, seven years of which was in public accounting practice catering to corporate clients engaged in Trading, IT Services, Non-profit Organizations, Security Services, Resorts and Mineral Exploration.
