3G Entrepreneur

Christian Valeen R. Chiu is a 3G Entrepreneur. He is also a 3rd generation businessman who now actively sits in the board of the Chiu Kim Group of Companies, the family businesses founded by his grandfather, Chiu Bun Gim, in the 1960s. Currently, these businesses extend to various industries including Hardware Store, Real Estate, Construction, Memorial Park and Services, Water Refilling, and Spa, among others. He was a Cum Laude Computer Science graduate of De La Salle University – Manila. Through his expertise, he put up a Software Company, Soft Artifact Incorporated, that caters to front and back office automations of various businesses. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a board top-notcher Real Estate Appraiser. He is also a graduate of the country’s premiere Philippine Science High School – Southern Mindanao Campus. His wonderful education, mentorship from his parents, and personal awareness, allowed him to run the family businesses amidst all challenges that confront him. He has been a university professor, a thesis consultant, and a public speaker. He currently resides in the peaceful City of Koronadal, Philippines.
