Zefil Medronix Incorporated

In 1984, a group of young entrepreneurs established VEZ-M ENTERPRISES. Its goal is to offer various services and product geared towards the opportunities to latent local talent and resources.

VEZ-M was just a small enterprise in trading spare parts and repair of laboratory and related industrial equipment. Though it started such the company has been able to broaden its product line and services, with the span of ten years. It has succeeded in the supply of laboratory equipment supply and selling preventive maintenance contract to include locally manufactured laboratory furniture, laminar flow hood and fume hood. In the furtherance by 1994, its management made a timely step by launching fiberglass division which produces, bath tub, toilet accessories and other product that can be produce in such materials. This undertaking manifests a direction heading towards the fulfillments of its goal.

In the mid 1994, VEZ-M made a new milestone in the pursuit to reach the height of its growth by creating MEDTRONIX Division (Medical and Electronics Services Division) as we are appointed to be the distributors of all HICHEM Diagnostic Reagent. It was envisioned to be the partner of clinical diagnostic laboratory, by giving them the product and services they need, at very competitive price. Such of these are made possible upon the infusion to the company a young and dynamic sales and service engineer, to hold the key position for the division.

In the span of three months by October of the same year, this division was finally decided to have a separate operation, as their operation need to set a trend in industry. It was registered then as a separate company named “ZEFIL MEDTRONIX, INC” at Securities and Exchange Commission. Practically it is stared and empowered by a competent people endowed with vision and enthusiasm, which have been in the field doing sales and services for about a decade or two.

In 1997, we were appointed to be the distributor of JOUAN SA a respected company in the field of centrifugation, incubators, oven, blood bank equipment, spectrophotometer, water bath, biological safety cabinets and biological equipment. Now we have an increasing number of client as well as supplier

In the year to come, we are working forward to become a significant and productive institution in the Research, Laboratory and industrial sector.
