WAFFOS, a food stall that offers crispy, golden waffles filled with a variety of sweet and savory fillings, opened last March 2013 at the Legazpi Sunday Market. Like all good beginnings, WAFFOS started out of our family’s love of good food. Trying out other waffle stores in the market, we realized that in order to enjoy genuinely crisp and hearty waffles we had to make it ourselves. Thus began our quest to find the perfect waffle recipe!

What sets us apart from all the other waffle stores is the use of only premium, quality ingredients which is unmistakable from the first bite. Our waffles are cooked to order - served toasty warm, fresh off the griddle and is perfect on its own or loaded generously with your favorite toppings. Served folded like a taco, WAFFOS is a perfect grab and go snack!

Our patrons line up under the heat of the sun for this special treat, and first-timers often ask where else they could get our scrumptious waffles. Encouraged by the consistent positive reviews of our market customers, our plan is to bring this well-loved product from the local weekend market to the mainstream food industry.
