COMPANY HISTORY
Va Bene Pasta Deli is a story of passion. Created & managed by husband & wife tandem, Carolyn Veronesi and Chef Massimo Veronesi, who both have humbled beginnings but have the same vision and passion for food. Coming from the hospitality industry in Dubai, U.S.A., & Europe, the tandem then decided to return to the Philippines to share the vision of serving authentic Italian food to the community. On June 2010, Va Bene Pasta Deli opened its doors to the public. Though located at a Petron Gas Station, this did not stop guests from coming, thus invited more curiosity to food bloggers and media. Eventually, they have developed a good reputation for authentic Italian cuisine amongst bloggers, VIP guests, and even the expatriates community. Through the following years, they have received numerous good reviews from bloggers (Our Awesome Planet, Animetrics World, etc.), newspapers & magazines (Philippine Inquirer LifeStyle, Food Magazine, Esquire Magazine, My Home Magazine, Yummy Magazine, etc.), and even featured on Listed (TV show). They have received recognitions from Food Magazine (The Best 50 List for 2011), Esquire Magazine (Best Restaurants 2012), Philippine Tatler (Best Restaurants 2012 & 2013), nominated with The Miele Guide’s Best Restaurant in Asia, etc.

WHAT WE DO
Va Bene Pasta Deli is a family owned restaurant business and we are the first Italian deli and casual dining restaurant in the Philippines to use fresh pastas in all of our pasta dishes. We serve traditional authentic Italian cuisine with a modern twist prepared personally by our very own Italian Chef. We sell fresh pastas and other Italian products at our deli section and offer delivery services within Metro Manila. We also accept outside catering services & in-house private functions from a minimum of 25 guests to a maximum of 150 guests. In promoting further Italian food and culture, we offer cooking classes for private groups and open classes during the Summer.

We are best known with our hands on management in all departments of the company, providing a personal touch with our food and service. We cater to a premiere list of clients, specifically being located in a strategic and unusual location in Makati City. Most of our regular clients are residents of Dasmariñas Village, Forbes Park, San Lorenzo Village, and Bel-Air Village. As well as individuals working within Makati Central Business District and other clients from the whole Metro Manila.
