Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy is the treatment or management of physical dysfunction or injury by the use of therapeutic exercise, physical modalities such as massage and electrotherapy, and assistive devices, intended to restore or facilitate normal function or development. It also includes patient education and training, so patients learn how to prevent or manage their condition to achieve long-term health benefits.

Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy is the assessment and treatment of physical and psychiatric conditions using specific activity to prevent disability and promote independent function in all aspects of daily life. Common occupational therapy interventions include helping children with disabilities to participate fully in school and social situations, helping people recovering from injury to regain skills, and providing supports for older adults experiencing physical and cognitive changes.
