i. This Facebook fan page is considered as an online community for the fans and unit owners of The Grove by Rockwell. The primary purpose of this fan page is for Rockwell Land Corporation to build relationships with The Grove’s growing community. We aim to promote an informative and pleasing online experience for the members of our page, and this page is our medium to communicate the following:
a. Property and construction updates about The Grove
b. Rockwell-initiated events and promotions
c. Helpful resources, with citations, to better condo living

ii. In addition to the said information, not all queries will be answered directly and publicly, but this fan page may also serve as one of the contact points for inquiries relating to any of the following:
a. Pre-selling Inquiries
b. Venue Inquiries
c. Secondary Sales Inquiries
d, Broker Inquiries
e. Leasing Inquiries

In lieu of the company’s protocol with regards to direct contact, these inquiries should be coursed through private or offline messaging between the Client and The Grove by Rockwell in order for them to be answered. We reserve the right to delete public postings regarding these inquiries.
