The Brewery At The Palace

From one continent to another, in search of the best brewing equipment and freshest ingredients, we finally came up with our own beers that will change the beer industry in the Philippines. We have gone through a long journey and process to come up with the freshest beer for the Philippines’ beer drinkers through three steps.

The Brewery At The Palace is the FIRST bar and restaurant with its own microbrewery in the same establishment. It serves authentic, fresh beer made with its own Brewmaster from Germany using the latest brewing technology from Austria, ingredients from Belgium, and served using beer steins from Europe making every visit an unforgettable beer-drinking experience.

The Brewery At The Palace also serves originally conceptualized food crafted by its own award-winning chef. The residue from creating beer called Spent Grain is incorporated in some of the items in the menu so nothing goes to waste.

Apart from serving great food and fresh beer, the Brewery also serves as an avenue for corporate events with its vast area that can accommodate a large number of guests, not to mention its VIP area for an extra intimate feel.
