Tali Beachfront Vacation House for Rent (Tali Vimari)

Tali Beach is an exclusive gated community situated along the scenic coves of Nasugbu, Batangas, around a 2½ hour drive from Manila.

Literally just a few steps from the water, our vacation home is set on a tranquil and very private 2,000sqm beachfront property -- one of seven beaches inside Tali. It is a pleasant retreat from usual beach crowds and the hustle and bustle of city life. A 5-minute walk gets you to another beautiful beach (the Tali Main Beach) and a short 3-minute drive brings you to the famous Tali Cliff.

At the moment, our simple no-frills house can has 4 bedrooms which can sleep 12 guests (or 12-14 with kids). Larger groups usually use our living room as a sleeping are which can accommodate another 5-8 guests. There will be 5 additional rooms that will be opened hopefully by the 1st week of December 2017 which will increase our capacity to around 32-35 guests. The number of rooms that will be opened will be based on our guests' headcount

Amenities include a new infinity swimming pool with kiddie pool, an equipped kitchen (with a two-burner stove, rice cooker, microwave, cookware, utensils), refrigerator, water dispenser, gazebo, charcoal bbq grill, and a genset.

Our rates for an overnight stay (check-in 2:30pm, check-out 12:00pm) are as follows:

December to February (except for premium dates*)

◦ Friday
P21,000 per night for 1-14 persons
◦ Sunday to Thursday
P15,000 per night for 1-10 persons

March to May (except for premium dates*)
◦ Saturday
P35,000 per night for 1-25 persons
◦ Friday
P30,000 per night for 1-20 persons
◦ Sunday to Thursday
P18,000 per night for 1-12 persons

June to November (except for premium dates*)
◦ Saturday
P21,000 per night for 1-14 persons
◦ Friday
P15,000 per night for 1-10 persons
◦ Sunday to Thursday
P12,000 per night for 1-8 persons

Additional guests are P1,000 per night each.

Premium Dates
◦ P35,000 per night for 1-25 persons for the following dates:
Dec 8, 9, 16, 22-25, 29, 30, 31; Jan 1, 2; Mar 29, 30; Apr 8.

Children under 3 years old are not included in the headcount. Rates are subject to change without prior notice and there will be some dates that have set minimum rates. The property will be rented exclusively to one group only if rental rate reaches P24,000/night; otherwise, the property may be rented to one or two other more groups.

Please be aware that from Sep to Dec 1, 2017 (give or take 1-2 weeks), there will be construction of new rooms & bathrooms in the covered jetski garage area, drivers' quarter, and the rear of the main house. This will not affect the main house, swimming pool, and beach area but there will be construction activity inside the property during this time. Construction work during this period will be from Monday to Saturday, 8am-5pm. Noise during Saturdays will be kept to a minimum. There will just be 3 to 4 available parking slots inside the property during construction.
