Still Waters Center for Exceptional Children (SWCEC), in partnership with parents aims to advance the development needs of individuals with exceptionalities by creating for them learning opportunities in a community where they feel safe, loved, and engage.

Still Waters Center for Exceptional Children's vision is to mainstream our students into regular school. We advocate their rights to learn, grow, achieve, dream, and be respected as members of the communities where they live in.
