RESERVATION POLICY:

1. All reservation shall be made personally at Song Hits Family KTV Front desk /Cashier unless with special arrangement with the management.
2. A reservation fee is required equivalent to one (1) hour rate of the room desired unless with special arrangement with the management.
3. All reservations shall only be good for one (1) hour. No show after the one (1) hour time had elapsed means forfeiture of the reservation rights including the reservation fee.
4. Reservations should be made a day before and for Platinum And Diamond Rooms only. No reservations for Gold and Silver rooms.
5. Reservations are given on a first come first serve basis and has a cut-off time as specified below.
6. Reservation CUT-OFF time are as follows;

9:00 PM cut-off:

5:00-8:00 with one hour extension option

6:00-9:00 with no extension unless no other reservation that follows. Customer may extend up to the next cut-off time of 12:00AM.

7:00–9:00 with no extension unless no other reservation that follows.Customer may extend up to the next cut-off time of 12:00AM.

12:00 AM cut-off:
9:00 – 12:00 with two(2) hour extension option
10:00 - 1:00 with one(1) hour extension option
