Soleaville

Soleaville is a 2.15 hectares of residential development in the heart of Sta. Brigida, Mansalay, Oriental Mindoro. It is strategically located along the National Highway or Mindoro Discovery Trail that connects the San Jose Airport to Roxas Port going to Boracay island.

There will be 58 vacant residential lots for sale with a minimum lot size of 150 square meter. There will also be a proposed 4-unit commercial townhouse along the highway that will provide basic services to future residents. It will have Grocery, Bakery, Drugstore, and Computer Shop. Behind the commercial townhouse will have a gated children's playground for residents use.
