Running is basically an individual sport and since so many of us have caught the bug, it’s no wonder people have formed all sorts of groups, just to get the most out of each run or race.

It’s about time we are challenged with a race that requires running as a group or team. Of course, this kind of race takes on a different twist; rules and mechanics are geared towards fostering teamwork and team spirit.
