The idea was simple: we wanted a joyful place where people could come and make good memories over snowy bowls of goodness – Bingsu.

At Seol Bang, the vibe is joyous and light. We are driven by the desire to celebrate life with others and ourselves. We value togetherness, as well as taking time for yourself and find that our Bingsu suits either occasion/requirement. It brings us great joy to be a part of your life’s special moments – no matter how big or small. Making up after a fight, breaking a bad habit, reaching a fitness goal, landing your dream job, reuniting with your childhood best friend, we could go on and on; if you think it’s worth celebrating, we’ll party with you. Understanding that you are a big part of why we do what we do, we love hearing your stories and finding out the things you’d love to see on the menu.

Seol Bang is deeply rooted in our belief of blessing others, knowing that it will come back to us. This means many things but we want to be able to bless everyone who walks through our doors in some way – from our team to our customers.
