Classic Travelhaus, Inc. was founded by the late Hernani C. Coscolluela who was among the pioneers of the post war travel industry here in the Philippines. During his 35 years in travel, Mr. Coscolluela built a reputation of unquestionable integrity, professionalism, hard work and camaraderie. These traits he has passed on to Classic Travelhaus, Inc., which it upholds, serving as its strength and guiding light.

As an IATA accredited Travel Agent, we gross over PHP153 million in sales annually. II. TRAVEL SERVICES RENDERED IN THE MOST PERSONALIZED MANNER:

1. Classic Travelhaus, Inc. front liners are efficient, professional and experienced counter sales representatives, comprised of four (4) senior members and two (2) junior members. Each member of our Team is required to go through regular product updates and training offered by the different suppliers in the Travel Industry, ensuring that the services we provide meets the standards of our clients. Thus, you are assured of the latest information in the industry and the best rates being offered by the different carriers and tour operators.

2. As an appointed travel agent we render the following services:

A. Handle all air, hotel, car, rail, cruise and land tour requirements for international or domestic destinations.
B. Create and maintain traveler’s profile and advice pertinent passport and documentation requirements.
C. Issue and exchange all regular international and domestic air tickets.
D. Provide documentation assistance, i.e. issuance of new or renewal of Philippine passports; securing immigration clearances, obtaining visa requirements; filing and securing DSWD clearances; securing documents such as birth and marriage certificates from the National Statistic Office; securing DOT/TIEZA Certificates such as reduced travel tax certificates and travel tax exemptions.
E. Negotiate special fares from your preferred carriers.
F. Provide car transfer services to and from the airport.
G. Assist in events coordination and planning.
H. Pick-up from, and make deliveries to, clients, of tickets, vouchers and others documents.

3. A senior counter representative shall be assigned to your account. She shall be dealing directly with your travel coordinator and shall be responsible in monitoring the movements of your account. This includes the careful planning and preparation of your itineraries, securing the necessary travel documents such as passports, visas and travel insurance and the prompt delivery of these documents prior to departure. She sees to it that all throughout the transaction, your needs are acted upon immediately and that you are updated on all developments.

4. The behind-the-scene work force which complements the sales arm of our office is the Documentation Division, comprised of three (3) Liaison officers, who are all well informed, experienced, and resourceful; and three (3) trained messengers.

This division handles the legwork for your passport, immigration requirements – such as exit clearances, re-entry permits and visa processing needs, as well as delivery of all documents.

We are current on all the latest rules and regulations in the various government agencies such as the Department of Foreign Affairs, Bureau of Immigration, National Statistics Office, Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and various Embassies and Consulates.

7. Additional Information

a. Standard procedure for the turnaround time in the delivery of requested reservations/ ticketing is within 5-10 minutes of receipt.

b. Ticketing orders and other services requested must be supported by a purchase order or an official request form duly signed by the authorized signatory for travel.

c. Administration of corporate mileage accounts will be in close coordination with client or client’s entrusted secretary/ assistant and or travel coordinator.

d. As a standard procedure, itineraries are plotted using the most direct routes with reasonable connect times conforming to parameters set by client/ passenger.

e. Travel information/ Advisories/ Promos are sent via email blasting.

f. Payment terms: days from the date of invoice.
