Mr. Lito A. Mancio interest and knowledge in civil works is from his previous job experience and employer Engr. Romeo A. Fajardo owner of Sanvar Development Corporation as Project Manager for 5 years. He also worked at Globesco Inc. owned By Mr. Sy as Tinter Supervisor for 12 years. His own willpower and interest to build his own company with the help of his personnel are reasoned of the company to made a name for itself through a reputation for good quality work and value for money.
