Magic Appliance Center, Inc. was established in 1981 and was formerly known as Marwood Home Furnishing from 1981 to 1988 with Benjamin S. Lim as the sole proprietor with business focused on appliance & furniture retailing in Pangasinan. In 1996, Magic Appliance Center was formally & officially Incorporated with Benjamin Lim as the Chairman and Nestor J. Zabala as the General Manager.

As of this writing (08022016/10:45am), a total of 25 branches were strategically situated in Region 1 (19 stores in Pangasinan, 1-store in La Union, 3-stores in Ilocos Sur) & Region 3 (1-store in Zambales & 1-store in Nueva Ecija).

Customer service became an essential component of the business where almost 671 employees (as of 07.31.2016) are trained to provide & satisfy customer’s needs, wants & expectations with complete & wide array of product display from audio-video lines, home appliances, small-kitchen appliances, electronics & business machines, IT/Gadget products such as netbooks/laptops/desktop computers, HDDs, computer peripherals, cellphones, tablets & furniture items.

Magic Appliance was awarded as Territorial Partner (TP) of Mediascape, Inc., a subsidiary of Mediaquest Holdings, Inc., for distribution & selling of Cignal Digital HD TV (Satellite TV) since 2010.

Also, all Magic Appliance stores are accredited "Electronic Commerce Payment (EC PAY) centers for all bills & load requirement such as PLDT, Globe, Digitel, Bayantel, Smart, Sun Cellular, SmartBRO, Cignal, Skycable, & many more...
