Located at the Ground Floor Unit D Eastwalk, Mac Arthur Highway, Sto. Tomas, Pampanga is this fashionable and creatively curated organic restaurant by one of the youngest restaurateur Fatima E. Garcia.
Upon entering the restaurant, you'd notice the minimalism and industrial style that was put together. From the sofas, tables and chandelier accentuated with multicolored walls. The modern designed kitchen had everything costumed made according to her own discerning taste. As for the food, almost everything was made in-house and on-the-spot. You'd notice the details from the menu that common words used for almost every meal was free-range, Grilled Tenderloin Steak with Red Wine Shallots Sauce, Salmon en Papillote with Pineapple Beurre Blanc, Quiche Lorraine, Panna Cotta with Salted Caramel, Twice Baked Feta and Spinach Soufflé and Frozen Strawberry Mousse freshly made aimed for a healthier impression.
