Marcasotes is a famous cake here in Albay It is made of flour and eggs. However, this cake that we bake is really delicious and the Old Rich of our place are aour usual customers. My late father, Crispin Samaniego Sambitan, started baking this cake sine pre-war period. It has survived the test of times and until now we are still baking marcasotes.
