KAC's Strategic Goals:
1. To develop leaders that exemplify strength of character, competence to lead positive change, and who actively engage in serving their communities.
2. To advance Outdoor Experiential Education as an approach to empower the children, youth and their support groups.
3. To forge partnerships and collaborations with institutions and individuals who share the same vision.
4. To be the Premier Outdoor Education Center in the Philippines.
5. To influence outdoor education standards in the Philippines through outdoor leadership skills programs.
6. To collaborate with partners for the campers’ socio-civic involvements.


Plans 2014-2018:
In the next 5 years, KAC will,
1. Develop the Kool Adventure Education Center site into a world class training center for the development of youth, corporate and outdoor leaders.
2. [OUTREACH] Gradually increase the number of campers from 5,000 to 10,000 annually by the year 2018.
3. [OUTREACH TO DEPED & SCHOOLS] Continue to work closely with the Department of Education, schools, colleges and the universities to send student leaders, high school students, teachers and outdoor educators to its courses. The students will comprise 70% of its overall participant intake.
4. [OUTREACH TO CORPORATIONS & LOCAL GOVERNMENT] Strengthen its existing training partnerships with the local government agencies and companies.
5. [QUALITY PROGRAMS WITH CURRICULUM INTEGRATION] Partner progressive schools to integrate the Experiential Learning methodology into their curriculum so as to develop 21st Century Skills for our youths/students.
6. [QUALITY PROGRAMS] Send 10 youth leaders for overseas training annually to broaden their leadership horizon and to increase their leadership networks regionally.


7. [LEADERSHIP & ADVANCED TECHNICAL PROGRAMS] Introduce the following new courses:
a. Leadership development for different levels;
b. Leading Change;
c. Expedition Leaders’ Training;
d. Leave No Trace Practitioners’ Skills
e. Abseil Leaders’ Training;
f. Kayak Proficiency Skills
g. Train-the Trainer courses (for local Teachers & outdoor educators).

8. [SPECIAL PROGRAMS FOR SPECIAL GROUPS] Develop special programs targeted for special schools, family bonding and young children’s adventure programs.
9. [STRATEGIC INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS] Establish training partnerships with international outdoor and leadership development centers (like we have done with Outward Bound Singapore and Project Adventure) as well as reputed business schools and universities.

Date of first program in Center: 27 May 2013, Argao (High School Students)
Date of Center Inauguration as the Philippines’ First and Only Fully-Dedicated Adventure Education Center: 02 August 2014 (attended 200+ guests and alumni, with Guest of Honor DepEd Usec. For External Linkages Mario A. Deriquito) (breakdown of 200+ guest = 1 Guest of Honor, 12 VIPs, 8 Aboitiz Family, 18 LGUs, 37 Partners/potential clients, 2 DILG, 46 YDP clients, 56 PDP clients, 110 demo participants and more than 20+ media covered the event)
