The KITE Dance Studio creates unique dance works, presents public performances and offers educational experiences in dance that develop physical aspects, creativeness, social skills, artistic and cultural understanding. We create, perform, and educate in ways that entertain, enlighten and enrich the lives of our audiences and participants.

Company Overview

The KITE Dance Studio was established on March 8, 2014 in Davao City as a dance company dedicated to the passions and intricacies of the human spirit. We draw inspiration from personal as well as universal experiences based on every day stories encountered or imagined. At times athletic or vulnerable, often graceful and powerful, the company has the technical prowess to interpret the multiple facets of the human experience. The company provides rich theatrical encounters that celebrate, through craftsmanship, ingenuity, humor and beauty, the deep and powerful imagery of every day life.
