Jose C. Feliciano College Foundation

The Jose C. Feliciano College Foundation all started with a man dreaming of providing the Filipino Youth the best venue and opportunity to realize their full potentials. He conceived of organizing a School of Science and Technology, knowing that education is for all and considered an integral requisite of human and community development. And, he succeeded. That small school which he started was the modest beginning of the College today. The Jose C. Feliciano College Foundation (JFCF) started as a Science and Technology School on June 4, 1994 at the Dona Ponciana Building in downtown Angeles city. Its founding members include the children and grandchildren of Atty. Jose C. Feliciano Sr. and Mrs. Ponciana M. Feliciano. Atty. Jose C. Feliciano is a noted lawyer-businessman of Pampanga, in whose honor the school was named. The original incorporators included Atty. Angelina F. Paras, Dr. Isabelita F. Siapno, and Mrs. Clarissa F. Cedro and grandchildren , Romualdo Patrick F. Siapno and Ma. Christina Angela F. Paras. The Feliciano brothers, Atty. Manuel M. Feliciano and Architect Jose M Feliciano Jr. joined the Board of Trustees later in 1995.

The founders envisioned the school to serve as a science and technological institution for the educational need of Central Luzon. It would also cater especially to the displaced and devastated “lahar” victims who lost much of their opportunities except for a sound quality education, which the Jose C. Feliciano School of Science and Technology made affordable and accessible for them.
