Jet's Bistro

Conceptualized as a tribute restaurant to the founder of Josiah's Catering, Jet's Bistro aims to be the best place to spend that perfect time with your special someone, experiencing through the food that special touch that made a small catering company grow from humble beginnings to where it is today.

Jet Versoza, the namesake of the restaurant, is the President and CEO of Aveate Management Corporation, the main company behind Josiah's Catering. She started the catering business in 1990 as a small backyard operation, catering only for friends and family. The business continuously grew and, currently, is one of the biggest catering companies in Manila.

Jet's Bistro is a tribute by one family to their hardworking and talented mom, using the best sellers started by her, with everything updated with a modern twist. And in through this, the restaurant hopes that diners will appreciate through the food all the talent and hard work that helped and blessed a lot of families through the business she started.
