TRAVEL GUIDE GOING TO ISLA VERDE with some reminders

Metro Manila to Isla Verde:

By Public Transportation:

1st: From Metro Manila, take a bus bound straight to Batangas City Grand Terminal (terminals found in Cubao and Buendia Pasay)

2nd: Upon arrival at Batangas Grand Terminal, Ride jeepney going to BAGONG PALENGKE (30mins without traffic; 45mins maximum if vehicle are congested)

3rd: From Bagong Palengke there are jeepneys going to TABANGAO APLAYA (travel time 15mins maximum 30mins)

4th: Upon you arrive in Tabangao aplaya (RIDE SUPER MARIO BOAT)., They will take you to Sampalucan-Gabihan Brgy. san Agustin Kanluran ISLA VERDE (where the accommodation is located) it takes 1 hour to 1 and half hour
.

NOTE TO REMIND (IF NOT PEAK SEASON OR ORDINARY DAY): You need to arrive in Tabangao Amplaya BEFORE 0830AM ONLY ONE TRIP biyaheng Isla Verde - Gabihan or Sampalucan San Agustin Kanluran

NOTE TO REMIND SPECIALLY ON PEAK SEASON OF HOLY WEEK & Fiesta of the town-2nd or 3rd week of May:
You NEED to leave Metro Manila EARLY midnight for you to arrive before 5AM-530AM in Grand Terminal and arrive in TABANGAO APLAYA before or early 6am-630am.(The boats will travel and leave as early as the passenger seats are occupied going to Isla Verde)

SUPER MARIO BOAT fare passenger: 100 pesos per person

FOR BOAT RENT:
-> You can rent there, boat depending how many passenger you are (price is depend on the owners agreement if you want Round Trip or One Way)

OR

You can call us for referral or suggest boat for rent Days before of your booking (We will give you their number and your the one who communicate to the owner for the rate Round trip or One way)



BY PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION:

1st: From SLEX --> Batangas City via Calabarzon Exit before Capitolyo of Batangas turn Left from Don Ramos Highway you will pass by SM Batangas bridge and then straight ahead that way until you arrive at TABANGAO APLAYA (it takes 15-30minutes depending on traffic condition)


GOING BACK HOME TO TABANGAO APLAYA BATANGAS CITY:

- the trip back to batangas city tabangao aplaya is at 4AM-5AM only, it takes about 1hour to 1&half hour and fare is 100php per head


SOME TIPS AND REMINDERS:

*For the faster travel to batangas city ride the bus that takes Star Tollway Balagtas exit or straight to Grand terminal

*You need to arrive in Tabangao amplaya as early as 6AM specially on PEAK SEASON of holyweek and fiesta of the town 2nd or 3rd week of May
(The boat will leaves as early as the passenger seats are occupied)

*IF ORDINARY DAY: The boats leaves at around 8AM to 9AM going to Isla Verde

*The only boat arrival time going back to batangas city is about 4AM-5AM

*Bring enough cash because there is no ATM's on Isla verde, only sari sari stores and reloading stations

*If your a FIRST TIMER bring foods to cook and mineral water to drink in batangas city first before you go to Isla Verde (depending how many days you will stay on your rented place) There is no public market there.

*Feel free to swim and enjoy the beach, there is no entrance fee at Isla Verde - Pablo Macaraig Accomodation located at Brgy. San Agustin Kanluran - Gabihan
