Grace Rice Trading

Grace Rice Trading is a company rooted from a family of farmers in Nueva Ecija. For over a century, we have focused on paddy supply to various rice millers. On 2011, with the dynamic and aggressive leadership of its Director of Operations, Mr. Daryle Hashimoto, the company decided to put up and operate its own rice mill in order to establish their own brand of rice.

From the farm land plains of the North, an inspired business effort to produce above standard quality and locally produced rice came to reality. From the planting of the seeds to the harvesting of the crops to the milling and marketing, with Grace Rice Trading’s parent company, Hashimoto Agro Trading’s production arm, world class excellence is obtained.

As a company whose roots come from a family of farmers, we firmly believe in supporting the Filipino farmer. As such, our rice is made of locally-produced Nueva Ecija rice.

Total Quality Management

Planting – Our farmers aim to decrease the use of insecticides by implementing rice-duck farming. Rice-duck farming is an eco-friendly rice farming system which averts the use of chemical pesticides and promotes natural fertilization.

Harvest & Milling – We implement the 5S method of workplace organization in our rice mill. This method ensures our mill’s cleanliness and organization. Our people uphold the standard of organization of tools and other equipment. Our machineries are modern and technologically-advanced.

Packaging & Logistic – Immediately after milling, rice is packaged and sealed to ensure its cleanliness and freshness. Our wing van trucks for delivery protect the products from the weather and damage by rodents and pests.
