Government Service Insurance System

GSIS members are entitled to an array of social security benefits in such contingencies as death, retirement, separation, disability, or unemployment.

The GSIS, by virtue of Republic Act 656 (Property Insurance Law) and as amended by Presidential Decree 245, is also mandated to insure all properties, assets, and interests of the government against any insurable risk.
