PROFILE

FABSLAI stands for Fernando Air Base Savings and Loan Association, Inc. regulated by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. FABSLAI is a non-stock savings and loan association engaged in the business of accumulating savings of its members and using such accumulation for loan and/or securities of the government or any of its political subdivision.

HISTORY

On May 11, 1962, FABSLA was founded by 230 members with P30,000.00 initial capital. The Association was established to alleviate the financial difficulties of members through the grant of loans for productive and provident purposes as well as to educate them in the wise management of money.
As of January 2015, the Association has P1.3 billion assets with 16,376 regular and honorary members.
