ERSAO – the Authentic Taiwanese Experience – one of the country's pioneers in the milk tea & pearl tea business and makers of well-loved, Taiwanese favorites snacks such as dumplings, specialty noodles and spicy snacks opens its very first branch outside Luzon!

ERSAO started out as a commissary near Grace Christian High School (Quezon City, Metro Manila) back in 1998, and has now expanded into 18 branches (and growing!) within Metro Manila—with the restaurant finally open for franchising in 2011.

ERSAO's first branch was opened in Banawe, Metro Manila on June 12, 2000. By the end of year 2000, ERSAO established a central kitchen in Quezon City to ensure optimum food quality it serves every day. And in July 2007, ERSAO came up with a new set of menu that features a wider food selection (including several types of noodle dishes and rice toppings).

Today, ERSAO is thrilled to be able to finally open its doors and cater to the discerning tastes of Cebuanos and the rest of the dynamic groups in the islands down South. ERSAO is optimistic that Cebu and neighboring islands in the Visayas shall give it a warm and lasting welcome as proven by the number of years that it has been in Metro Manila.
