SEC Registration No. CN201726305, organized and existing under Philippines laws, a non-stock, non-profit organization of active, civic-minded community responders engaged in public assistance particularly during disasters and safety, hereinafter referred to as ECARU Inc.

Emergency Care Academy And Rescue Unit Inc. (E.C.A.R.U.) is composed of staff and trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), Emergency Rescue Technicians (ERTs), TESDA Accredited Assessors/Trainers, businessman, traders, medical / dental practitioners, professionals, police / military, personnel government officials, students and Volunteers, who provide first aid activities, Disaster Management Training, Emergency Medical Services, Emergency Rescue Services, which encompass training and interventions. As members of the communities, which they serve and represent, they have a central and essential role in the provision of Saving Lives and Disaster Resilience.

We mobilized ourselves for the education of peoples from all walks of life to mitigate the effects of disaster.
We aim to prepare everyone from any disasters and train them on emergency response during calamities and accidents thru #AYOSAngMayAlam Training Caravan for First Aid and Basic Life Support.

The Goal:
To provide services to the general public through various sustainable and responsive programs aimed at reducing the communities’ vulnerability to threats of life and property in times of emergencies.

To form relationships and working partnerships with relevant government institutions and agencies, other non-governmental organizations and other civil society institutions, the academe, media and the private sector; while ensuring transparency, accountability and ongoing dialogue with beneficiaries, volunteers and staff involved and all partners.

Primary Purpose:

A. To offer Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) related to disaster risk reduction management, rescue, and emergency medical services and other related health care program

B. To act as a nationwide organization of certified and registered Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Emergency Rescue Technician (ERT) , Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) and Safety Officers (S.O.) Professionals in the Philippines.

Secondary Purpose:

To provide international development and standard Training Curriculum for EMT/ERT/SAFETY practice

Third Purpose:

To provide Emergency and Non-emergency patient transport to and from healthcare facilities, clinics and private residences.
