A medical facility providing affordable and accessible adult and pediatric medical care; promoting maternal and fetal health; the cataract center of the province of Pampanga; one of only two prosthetics laboratories in the entire country. It is managed and supervised by The Kapampangan Development Foundation under the leadership of Ms. Sylvia Ordonez. It is owned by the Love for Life Foundation of Philippine American Physicians in America, a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization based in the United States
