Diamond Evangelical School

The Diamond Evangelical School was born after a committed group of people (members of the Church Council of the Post Evangelical Church) felt the need for a school aimed at giving quality education hinged on the development of Christian character. In 1979, the Kindergarten School was opened in Post Evangelical Church. For the School to have government recognition, in 1993 the aforementioned church council members formed an incorporation and have it registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a requirement to its registration with then DECS now DepEd ; the government recognition then was released in 1996 with Recognition Number 162. Having the government recognition in 1996, Grades 1 and 2 were then opened and Grades 3 and 4 the following school year. In 2000, Government Recognition Number 192, S 2000 was granted to the School to operate with complete elementary level.

The incorporators had only a simple dream – to provide an education that will develop a child into a man in his totality - as a Christian imbued with the basic moral values and a deep sense of commitment to his fellow beings and the community.

For thirty two (32) years of continuous operation, it has brought a lot of dramatic, if not stunning developments in the field of education, a reality that the School must confront if it has to survive and continue its mission. The School incorporated in its curriculum, Bible and Computer subjects from Kinder 2 to Grade VI.
