London, England in the 1980's was where Filipino/British chef Demar Regresado began his long and impressive career. At the early age of 15 was when he first got a glimpse of the kitchen lifestyle and from there his passion for delivering outstanding cuisine has blossomed.
During his time in the UK & America Demar worked with some of the worlds most renowned chefs including Gordon Ramsay and Thomas Keller, they have been great mentors and co-workers for the rising chef.
It is now Demar's dream to bring his knowledge and experience to the people of the Philippines and share with them his passion for cooking and fresh food.
The restaurant is one of a kind as this cuisine has not yet been attempted in the local area, but with Demar's advanced techniques and his strong team of driven chefs behind him, he is striving for the best and to deliver a dining experience that is truly unrivalled.
