Hi! to most sweet tooth titans and bakers out their! I want to share a glimpse about how i create my desserts and how I started with it. To start with, I'm a sweet tooth maniac too! you can't let me sleep without any bite of those luscious sweet goodness that leaves a heavenly feeling! As you can see, I'm a baker and an artist in my way, i like satisfying my customers from presentation to eating up to the very last bite on your mouth, it simply makes me happy and satisfied, putting me at bliss most of the time:). Being a baker is not what you think it is, mixing, getting the batter done then bake, for me being a baker is like being a scientist, you have to have a heart on what you are doing, patience and consistency, you can't put too much of everything, and we all know that! But perhaps what most of us misses is "doing it right" what I'm trying to say is, you gotta measure right, 2. know your ingredients, 3. mix at the right consistency, 4. bake at the right temperature and lastly 5. Baking with Passion. I can really assure you that my desserts are baked with love and passion, a lot of brainstorming and hardwork are my investment. For the love of baking, I want to share my creation to everyone.
AND oH! i like making new interesting stuffs! I love adventure and let us start with desserts! :D
