2. Upon placing your order with Comfort Zone, a detailed invoice will be sent to your e-mail that contains your information, item details, amount of your purchase and our BDO account where you are required to deposit your payment.
** Payments must be settled within 72 hours upon receiving the e-mail confirmation especially if your prefer the item be delivered. If you are unable to make payment within that period, please do inform us, otherwise, non-reply or confirmation shall deemed that your order is cancelled

**You may deposit your payments to our BDO Account, ML Lhuillier or Cebuana (Note: Service charge for Cebuana & ML Lhuillier is applicable).
** Once you have deposited your payment to any of our account, kindly message us thru e-mail, PM us via our FB Page, SMS, whatsapp, Viber or iMessage. It's a requirement that you take picture of your deposit slips for verification, afterwards, we shall then process your order.

> Since our merchandise are bought outside the country, store warranty is not covered.
> We have a 3 months warranty for all Watches only
** Although, customers shall NOT have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment if:
- The problem is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment;
- The problem is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by an external service centre
- The band, glass or battery or watches, strap and leather or fabric of the bag is damaged or worn
- the hardcopy invoice is not presented when requesting service
- The warranty period has expired
