Brief Company History

T-Mar Industries, Inc.’s project is a residential subdivision designed to serve the middle and low income groups of the market and T-MAR Industries, Inc. and under the ownership of Teresita “Tess” Escay Maravilla and family. Headed by its President, Romnito Maravilla Solinap ,the development of the subdivision was in conformity with PD 957 and BP 220.

That on August 26, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the amended Articles of Incorporation and the increase in the authorized capital stock from 1,800,000.00 divided into 18,000 shares with a par value of 100.00 to P50,000,000.00 divided into 500,000 shares of stock with a par value of P100.00

The principal office of the corporation is located at 2878 LMG Building, Burgos Noth Drive, Villamonte, Bacolod City and has 6 regular employees and managed by the Board of Directors headed by its President.

T –Mar Industries’ project ( Meadows of Camelot & Camelot Village 1 feature a wide paved road network, underground storm drainage system, and centralize water distribution with elevated tank, substantial street lighting and
electricity supplied by CENECO, and other facilities like parks and playgrounds, a chapel and community facilities.

At present, Camelot Residences, a high end subdivision project is located at Brgy. Estefania, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. The site is approximately 5.0 kilometers Northeast of Bacolod City. The site is surrounded with sugar cane fields. The nearest residential area, which is The Camelot Village1, Meadows of Camelot Subdivision and Country Homes Subdivision, is approximately 100 meters and 500 meters away to the Southwest of the T- Mar Industries, Inc. was organized and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the SEC Reg. No. E!9990069 on September 27,1999. It is a stock corporation and its primary purposes is to acquire by purchase, lease, donation otherwise, and to use, improve develop, subdivide, sell, mortgage, exchange, lease, develop and hold for investments or otherwise, dispose of buildings, houses, apartments, and other structures of whatever kind, together with their appurtenances.

The project was the development of what used to be a sugar farm into a residential subdivision which was named as “Camelot Villages I and II”. This realty venture is considered as project and was finalized when the pioneering project The Meadows of Camelot Subdivision reached its 90% completion stage.

It can be noted that most of the farm lands in the province are converted into real estate projects to maximize the potential earnings of the property due to the downfall of sugar industry. The project was the company’s contribution to the government’s attempt to improve the economic situation marred by the different color and facets of crisis.
