Located on 31st corner 2nd Avenue, this development is set to rise on a 6,582-sqm prime lot area. BGC Stopover Pavilion is the second BGC-owned BPO tower, following the Bonifacio E-Services Building on 31st Street corner Rizal Drive.

A gross leasable area of 35,000sqm is the designed space allocation for this new BPO tower. Its master plan includes meeting the unique requirements of IT and BPO offices, such as having utilities for 24/7 operations, multiple data and telecommunications service providers, 100 percent back-up power, structurally-reinforced areas to accommodate data rooms, and fully integrated security and access control systems. The building systems will also be designed to maximize energy and water efficiency.

The retail area, meanwhile, is set to have a gross leasable area of 7,000sqm and a two-level basement parking. It is expected to be a convenient dining and hang-out hub with outlets for casual dining, cafes, and specialty stores, complementing the fast-paced and modern lifestyle of the community it serves.
