Privately held and based at #89 Jasmine Street, San Isidro Village, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines, the company was established by current General Manager, Reynaldo M. Punzalan, in 23rd of January 1993. He started venturing in the distribution of medical devices, working for local company to support his studies.
